How do I book a court?
Reserve courts online through our booking system or the Pickler Universe app. Select your time, court type, and play.

Do I need a membership to play, or can visitors book courts?
Both are welcome. Members receive priority booking and perks, while visitors can book courts based on availability.

What is the cost to play?
Court rentals are a flat hourly rate. Pricing varies by court type, time of day, and membership status. Full pricing is shown during booking.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Reservations may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.

Will I be charged if I do not show up to my Open Play reserved slot?

Yes. Reservations not canceled at least 24 hours in advance may incur a late cancellation fee.

Do you offer paddle and ball cart rentals?
Yes. We offer paddle demos and ball cart rentals.

Do you offer lessons or clinics? How do I sign up?

Yes. Our certified pros offer private lessons, group clinics, and player development sessions. Book online or through the Pickler Universe app.

Can kids or beginners play at the facility?
Yes. All ages and skill levels are welcome, including brand-new players.


Can I book a private event or corporate outing?
Absolutely. We host birthdays, corporate events, team builders, and celebrations of all sizes. Contact us at events@pickleruniverse.com to customize your event.

Do you have a restaurant or café on-site?
Yes. Our Courtside Café serves food, drinks, grab-and-go options, and features a full bar.

Can I bring my own food or drinks?
Outside food and beverages are not permitted, with the exception of water bottles. Guests with dietary restrictions should notify the front desk.

Do you have showers?
Yes. We offer locker rooms with showers, a steam room, and a cold plunge. Towels are not provided.

Can I bring my pet?
Pets are not permitted inside the facility, with the exception of trained service animals.
